Rule 158
Sending Details of Legal Practitioners
The names of legal practitioners who are appearing in court as legal practitioners and pleading arguments should be sent to the Supreme Court and Judicial Council Secretariat within the middle of Chaitra every year. In such a list, the court should disclose the following:-
(a) Since when engaged in the practice of law, and
(b) What is the interest and honesty towards the profession.
